Mr. Aaron Pouncy is the CEO of CWF Solutions.  Aaron’s professional background is based in restaurant and retail food service management.  Aaron was responsible for the successful operations of several different dining and food retail facilities ranging from corporate owned dining chains and franchises to family owned single unit restaurants.  This experience allows Aaron to lead with a hands-on approach to facility food service management, while being mindful of the unique demands of these individual facilities and their patrons.

Mr. Willie Pouncy is the COO of the CWF Solutions Food Service Management Division.   Willie brings thirty years of successful food service contract administration experience.  Willie began his career in cafeterias before serving in the United States Army where he worked his way up the ranks, eventually becoming a Mess Hall Sergeant.  After his service to the Army, he entered the world of fine dining before founding Best Inc., the first private company to provide food services to a state run correctional facility.  Best Inc. acquired major contracts at correctional facilities throughout eleven Midwest States as well as facilities in Puerto Rico.  Under Willie’s leadership, Best Inc. held every contract ever awarded to them, and did so for over twenty- five years, until its sale to a National Corporation in 1993.
