Headquartered in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota, CWF Solutions is family owned and operated by CEO, Aaron Pouncy; President Carmen Colombo, sister to the CEO; COO of Technical Services, Brian Colombo, brother-in-law of the CEO and COO of Food Services, Willie Pouncy, father of the CEO.

CWF is a certified Small Business Administration, (SBA) 8(a) program participant, case #111569.  Our 8(a) program participation began on December 16, 2004 and expires 12/16/2013. 

We also actively participate in and attend monthly meetings with the Minnesota Minority Supplier Diversity Council, (MMSDC). 

CWF’s minority certification status allows us to bid on specific state and federal government contracts other non certified companies cannot.  Our Food Service division aggressively pursues business opportunities around the United States of America primarily at military installations such as Army, Air Force, Navy, Air National Guard, and Reserve Bases.

Our experience in Institutional food service operations, Business and Industry dining as well as Retail and Restaurant experience allow us the ability to expertly perform the functions and services necessary for these service contracts.
